Whats the role
This is your opportunity to lead digital communications for Westpacs Community and Foundations teamwhere purpose meets impact. Youll help shape and share the stories behind our social initiatives including Westpac Foundation Westpac Scholars and our broader community programs. From digital strategy to content creation youll ensure our work reaches the right audiences in meaningful ways. This is a full-time role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available.
What do I need
Were looking for a digital communications professional whos passionate about social impact and confident navigating cross-functional teams. Youll bring:
- Experience designing and delivering digital campaigns across web social and email platforms.
- Strong content creation skills with an eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
- A solid understanding of website management SEO and digital user experience.
- The ability to interpret data and translate insights into performance improvements.
- Familiarity with grants scholarships or social impact programs (preferred but not essential).
