Customer Service Rep (Manufacturing)
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented professional to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned accounts from submitting pricing order intake to completion of projects which will include communication with customers sales order input purchase order controls monitoring & expediting manufacturing progress logistics controls (sea air inland) custom clearance delivery invoicing inventory controls and so on.In additionthe candidate shall be engaged in marketing and promotion of products such as online and offline advertisement.Must have experience in manufacturing & SAP!
Responsibilities
- Review and organize bid proposal requirements general conditions and other contractual documents for the bid process.
- Submit price quotation list prices
- Receive and process order entry in a timely manner.
- Release purchase orders and manage them using our database (SAP)
- Generate and manage all sales-related supporting documents.
- Process vendor invoices by the required due dates.
- Communicate with customer and HQ in Korea regarding sales order and quotes.
- Coordinate with external vendors including freight companies for shipping arrangements.
- Comparing purchase orders prices terms of payment and other charges.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Managing projects for assigned account from the moment order handover to completion of the project.
- Develop overall project execution schedule communication plan and risk management plan.
- Review contractual requirements and communicate customers expectation with relevant organization inside and outside company
- Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial issues of the project to maximize customers satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and field work
- Promotion of company products through SNS magazine or trade shows
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bilingual ability in Spanish or Korean is a plus
- Bachelors degree in business related or engineering required
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word MS Excel MS Project PowerPoint SAP and other applicable software
- 2 years of experience in B2B project management or logistics handling preferred
- Expertise in the energy or power industry is preferred
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
