Job Summary
Job Description:
Support OE Head in driving Operational Excellence and site performance.
Facilitate manufacturing excellence initiatives across all departments.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance Productivity Quality Cost Delivery & Safety.
Lead Focused Improvement & Daily Management Teams; deliver KPI improvements.
Train teams on structured problem-solving techniques.
Implement daily management tools (Fishbone Pareto 5 Why FMEA); build audit readiness culture.
Organize Kaizen & KPI competitions; share OE best practices across plants.
Use VSM to optimize lead time reduce WIP and improve value-adding time.
Drive annual ideation to optimize cost & productivity in all departments.
Conduct & mentor Lean Six Sigma (White/Yellow Belt) training/projects.
Prepare monthly MIS reports.
Conduct monthly reviews to showcase progress at different levels.
Facilitate effective group meetings/discussions driving results.
Show self-motivation; inspire & motivate teams.
Demonstrate ownership of new learnings and promote adoption among teams.
Ensure qualification & maintenance of faculty and equipment.
Provide timely engineering support for improvement activities.
Ensure initial & ongoing training for department personnel.
Ensure compliance with GEP cGMP & data integrity.
Maintain audit preparedness & compliance (engineering support).
Identify and review risks hazards and environmental aspects.
Identify & deliver EHS training needs for competence building.
Ensure EHS compliance for contractors & service providers.
Act as backup/responsible for seniors duties in their absence.
Qualification : / MBA / Any Graduate with OE Experience
