Profile - Executive - Imports
Experience 4- 7 years
Location - Kandivali West Mumbai
Salary - Upto 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customs Brokers and other functions to streamline cross border operations
- Coordinate with C&F Agent for smooth delivery Should be able to do vessel/ airline inquiry and tracking the shipment
- Should be well versed with import documentation procedure related to Air and Sea.
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading Should have knowledge on customs tariff custom notification.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Should have good idea about shipment policy insurance.
- Assist in carrier selection while focused on cost control and continuous improvement
- Assist in daily communication with carriers including articulating booking instructions as required.
- Assist in investigating negotiating and processing claims related to transportation.
- Should be able to coordinate with clients and staff
