Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of the DCS Value Realization Office (DCS VRO) this position will support the project delivery team(s) with a wide range of activities that include providing administrative assistance (25%) and project documentation to the Delivery Directors and Project Managers/Scrum Masters (75%).
What will you do
Act as the administrative contact and/or resource supporting DCS Delivery.
Assist in the development and publishing of project reporting for the DPM/DCS VROs.
Assist with the coordination of team and project meetings; capturing outcomes and action items.
As assigned by the Director aid the VRO RTEs and Project Managers/Scrum Masters in the administration of project details.
Assist with the development of results reporting that effectively align delivery health risk communication and procurement.
As required support the team with various tasks to ensure project execution; including being accountable in the execution/management of project subtasks.
Assist the team in developing/updating project specific presentations status reports issue and risk logs.
Help in the development and publishing of project updates statuses and reporting.
Take detailed meeting minutes and actions resulting from Project or Program meetings and drives to resolution.
File project artifacts as required in the departmental SharePoint site in accordance to Global VRO standards.
What do you need to succeed
Some project coordination experience supporting technical/business project environments.
Detail oriented with strong organization time management skills.
Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
Good grasp of project management methodologies.
Basic understanding of relevant enterprise infrastructure business systems.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and with frequent interruptions.
Skilled at prioritizing multiple and concurrent assignments within a matrix organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Outlook e-mail and MS Teams is highly recommended.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence is an asset.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
