Job Description:

The Agile Excellence Domain is looking for someone with analysis skills a continuous learning mindset interest in technology facilitation skills communication and leadership to support the development of technical solutions that support Sun Lifes clients. This is not a client-facing role.

In this role you will be working on a daily basis as a contributor on a multidisciplinary team that uses an Agile framework for getting work done. This is a hybrid role. You will work from home as well as occasionally work onsite with your team for special events.

What will you do

• As a contributor to the team you may identify document and analyze business requirements that support the development of technical solutions.
• You may facilitate meetings monitor team metrics and track work items in Jira and Confluence.
• You will participate in meetings with business partners vendors leaders and your team members. The purpose of these meetings is to ensure the development of quality solutions that meet the requirements and expectations of our business partners and clients.
• You will build and maintain working relationships with members of the IT team and our business partners.
• You will participate in activities and conversations that support continuous improvement in the way the team works together and in delivering quality solutions.

What do you need to succeed

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely ability to listen to business stakeholders and help translate the needs into business requirements; ability to document and present information in various formats to meet audience needs.
• Facilitation skills with the ability to guide and manage group discussions to achieve their objectives.
• Be a collaborative team member who continuously strives to improve the client experience our team and the way an Agile team works together.
• Flexibility with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Owners mindset: capable of owning and driving work and taking responsibilityfor finding solutions that benefit the team the business and our clients.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset: willingness to try new ways of working and new tools

Nice to have skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio SharePoint)
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Good leadership skills - i.e presentation networking leading others and be a face/ representative of the department at events.
• Passion for technology

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
