$7500 Sign On Bonus

The Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency is currently seeking a full time OPO Donor Referral Responder. The Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) Donor Referral Responder (DRR) responds to all referred potential donors in over 90 hospitals in South Florida for organ procurement. The DRR actively communicates with healthcare professionals in the hospitals while maintaining the integrity of the donation process when actively engaged in a potential organ donor referral for organ procurement. The DRR is also trained to and responsible for effectively gathering clinical information and patient/family dynamics. The DRR must adhere to policies and procedures and exemplify the Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agencys core values while carrying out their responsibilities.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

Communicates with appropriate senior staff on all donor and referral activity to evaluate donation suitability based on information collected from patients hospital chart and current health status.
