Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Santa Fe NM
Job Type:Contract
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (6:00 PM 6:30 AM includes 30-min meal break)
Compensation: Local: $1173/week Travel: $1321/week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care and rehabilitation team in Santa Fe NM. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care administer medications and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Support care plan development and implementation.
Perform clinical procedures and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care and condition changes.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico.
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation strongly preferred.
Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
BLS/CPR certification preferred.
