Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) Up toHours Per Week
Salary: Up to 28500
Hours: 40 per week Full-Time
Do you have a passion for early years education and want to make a real difference every day This nursery is looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) to join its friendly and supportive team.
This nursery provides children aged 05 with a safe stimulating space where they can explore play and grow. As a Nursery Practitioner youll play a key role in shaping childrens development supporting their learning journey and creating positive memories that last a lifetime.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience in a nursery childcare or early years setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible proactive and caring approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding equality and inclusion.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

As a Nursery Practitioner you will:

- Observe monitor and record childrens progress tailoring support to meet individual needs.

- Ensure safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team promoting inclusion and respect.
- Take part in training and professional development to continue building your skills.
