Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) Up toHours Per Week

Salary: Up to 28500
Hours: 40 per week Full-Time

Do you have a passion for early years education and want to make a real difference every day This nursery is looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) to join its friendly and supportive team.

This nursery provides children aged 05 with a safe stimulating space where they can explore play and grow. As a Nursery Practitioner youll play a key role in shaping childrens development supporting their learning journey and creating positive memories that last a lifetime.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ or equivalent) required.
  • Previous experience in a nursery childcare or early years setting (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible proactive and caring approach.
  • Commitment to safeguarding equality and inclusion.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

As a Nursery Practitioner you will:

  • Provide a safe stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 05 years.
  • Plan and deliver creative play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Observe monitor and record childrens progress tailoring support to meet individual needs.
  • Build strong positive relationships with children parents carers and colleagues.
  • Support childrens personal social and emotional development.
  • Ensure safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team promoting inclusion and respect.
  • Take part in training and professional development to continue building your skills.
