Who are we looking for
Were looking for an experienced and driven North Production Manager to lead our ready-mix concrete operations in Penrose & Ranui. This is your opportunity to join a high performing team and help deliver outstanding results in safety quality and efficiency.
About the role
In this leadership role youll oversee all aspects of concrete production across our North Auckland sites. Youll be responsible for ensuring our batching operations run smoothly resources are used efficiently and products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Youll manage and mentor a dedicated team coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong customer relationships. From optimising costs to driving process improvements youll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain profitable sustainable and industry leading.
About you
Youre a natural leader who thrives in a fast paced operational environment. You know the concrete industry inside and out and you take pride in delivering safe high quality and efficient results every time. You can balance hands on operational oversight with strategic thinking and youre just as comfortable working with your team on the ground as you are in front of a customer or presenting to management.
We are looking for someone with:
5 years concrete industry experience ideally with plant operations expertise
Skilled in batching concrete to required specifications with a solid understanding of plant operations and mechanical systems.
Maintenance and operational understanding of a concrete plant. Planning executing maintenance with the least number of disruptions to the business.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Strong problem solving skills and sound decision making under pressure
Excellent communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships
A proactive adaptable attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

This is a full-time permanent role based on 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is between $80000 - $120000 per annum. The role comes with a full private use vehicle.
