Job Summary
We are now looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead our friendly team!
In this role you will start your journey with hands-on training at our JB Hi-Fi Albany store then step into an exciting leadership role as Store Manager at our band-new Westfield Newmarket location opening early 2026.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.
Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best.
JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
Qualifications :
- Dedicated to the on-going development of your team
- Have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
- A strong understanding of all facets of retail management
- Customer focused and the ability to communicate effectively within a team
