| Responsibilities: | - Maintain a working knowledge of Office of Inclusive Excellence activities that enables accurate connecting of community members to the appropriate office services resources and staff members.
- Monitor and respond to office communications including e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to graduate assistants and professional staff.
- Assist with the preparation of community and office documents presentations and event materials.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations

| Qualifications: | - Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and Quinnipiac-related technologies (i.e. MyQ SharePoint website).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference for prior participation in an Office of Inclusive Excellence program (i.e. Bobcat Academy First Year Immersion QU Enriching Student Transitions Sawhney Leadership Program)
