Client Service Specialist

Willamette Valley Bank is seeking a personable and welcoming individual with a desire to build and foster relationships with customers community members and fellow staff members.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers
Assists customers with transactions such as deposits withdrawals transfers check cashing and wire transfers
Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

Qualifications

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work effectively on a team
Prior cash handling experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Strong desire to educate and influence customer use of technology and bank products
Ability to always display professional demeanor
Critical thinking and problem resolution skills are required
Strong communication skills
