ARE YOU THE AQUATIC SUPERVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS
Do you excel in leadership roles and thrive in dynamic environments If you answered yes to this question and can meet the following requirements we need you as our Aquatic Supervisor!
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent while possessing a college degree is preferred
- 2 years of experience in a swim school or similar environment where you work closely with families and children
- Ability to commit to afternoon and/or Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is highly valued
WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE
As an Aquatic Supervisor youll guide and inspire our team of instructors and office staff conducting weekly meetings and providing top-notch training to promote their growth and development. Your role as a mentor extends beyond the pool as you enrich the lives of families students and team members fostering a vibrant community spirit. By ensuring the safety of our staff families and students through effective policies and procedures youll uphold our commitment to excellence.
