Sales & Marketing Division Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

Overview
The PR & Social Media Specialist will play a dual role in supporting the hotels brand communication strategy. This position combines two key areas of responsibility: Public Relations working closely with the Hotel PR Manager on media and event coordination and social media managing the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo Instagram account and contributing to the global Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts presence The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for luxury hospitality an understanding of media dynamics and digital storytelling and a proven ability to create engaging content and manage public relations activities.
This position requires to work fully onsite. This position also requires to work on weekends national holidays early morning or late night depending on the job role of hotel operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Hotel PR Manager in daily operations with the highest standards of professionalism
including the curation of media lists preparation of refined press materials and coordination of exclusive event logistics. (Existing relationships with luxury media outlets are highly preferred.)
Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and bespoke media/influencer events in alignment with the brands identity and positioning.
Ensure meticulous management of internal documentation scheduling and reporting with discretion and accuracy.
Closely monitor competitor activities and evolving industry trends to deliver insights that inform strategic luxury-focused PR initiatives
Liaise with the global Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts communications team to guarantee consistency of brand voice storytelling and positioning across all markets.

Social Media Management

Strategically oversee the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo Instagram account in alignment with the corporate social media framework while shaping a sophisticated local strategy that reflects the brands global luxury identity.
Conceptualize plan and execute photo and video productions to create visually striking content that embodies the refinement and artistry of the Bulgari brand.
Curate and develop high-quality content (photography videography Stories Reels) that showcases the brands exclusivity and timeless aesthetics.
Compose compelling bilingual captions (English and Japanese) that capture Bulgaris luxury positioning while remaining true to corporate guidelines.
Design and maintain an editorial content calendar ensuring polished consistent and timely communication.
Monitor performance analytics and translate findings into actionable insights for continual enhancement of digital engagement.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (Rooms F&B Spa) to source content that highlights refined experiences unique to Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo.
Support influencer and brand ambassador collaborations that align with the exclusivity and prestige of Bvlgari.
Coordinate with external luxury-standard vendors (photographers designers agencies) to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
Plan on advertising budgets with precision tracking ROI to optimize the impact of paid social initiatives while maintaining a refined brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Masters degree in marketing communication or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and social media within the luxury industry or equivalent in-depth knowledge of the luxury sector.
Proficiency in image editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro).
Exceptional copywriting skills tailored to social media storytelling.
Strong understanding of Instagram analytics tools.
Fluency in English and Japanese.

Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics fitting a luxury hospitality brand like Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving; ability to anticipate needs related to social media trends or platform changes.
Ability to capture the essence of the Bulgari and advanced photography skills are a plus.
