Location: Shepparton VIC
Licensed Capacity: 130 places
Hourly Rate: $28.28 (WT 2.1 Trainee)
About the Role
Are you passionate about starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care Busy Bees at Shepparton is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Trainee Educator to join our team.
As a Trainee you will gain hands-on experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved). This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn grow and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting qualified educators in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
Assisting with daily routines supervision and care of children
Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families
Learning how to plan and implement educational programs under the EYLF
Ensuring the health safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
What Youll Need
A genuine passion for working with children and developing a career in ECEC
Commitment to undertaking a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a recognised training provider
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior educators
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Reliability enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
