Job Description
Job Summary:
- Monitor and maintain the quality level of product.
- Perform layered audit and quality checks.
- Ability to review parts and make determinations if they pass/fail the quality standards.
- Assist production to manage nonconforming product and to analyze and eliminate problems.
- Perform product and process audits and follow up on non-conformities detected by the audits.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the control plan for incoming goods assembly processes and finished products.
- Use various tools fixtures measurement devices to analyze functionality of product.
- Document and complete required checks utilizing electronic or hard copy means to record product status.
- Participate in managing product containment activity when necessary and determine clean points with operational assistance.
- Ensure 5-S is adhered to properly.
- Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
At least 1 year of related experience required.
Training Period:
All new hires will complete a training period of 4 weeks to learn job duties that will include safety procedures maintain quality standards and perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor
