Job Summary

Job Summary:

Monitor and maintain the quality level of product.
Perform layered audit and quality checks.
Ability to review parts and make determinations if they pass/fail the quality standards.
Assist production to manage nonconforming product and to analyze and eliminate problems.
Perform product and process audits and follow up on non-conformities detected by the audits.
Ensure the fulfillment of the control plan for incoming goods assembly processes and finished products.
Use various tools fixtures measurement devices to analyze functionality of product.
Document and complete required checks utilizing electronic or hard copy means to record product status.
Participate in managing product containment activity when necessary and determine clean points with operational assistance.
Ensure 5-S is adhered to properly.
Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.

At least 1 year of related experience required.

Training Period:

All new hires will complete a training period of 4 weeks to learn job duties that will include safety procedures maintain quality standards and perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor
