Department Profile
Professionals within the Legal and Compliance Division (LCD) provide a wide range of services to our business units. They might help to structure a complex and sensitive cross-border transaction; advise on a new product introduction; develop a training program or defuse an investor dispute. They preserve the firms invaluable reputation for integrity and protect the firm from sanctions with policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements around the world. They also strive to maintain cooperative relationships with governmental policy makers and the regulatory and self-regulatory agencies that govern the firms businesses.

The Enterprise NFR Visualization and Reporting Solutions team focuses on the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support Non-Financial Risk Management. The tools that you will develop will support more insightful risk management assessments and decisions. The team is a hybrid business and technology team comprised of both business analysts and BI developers with members in the United States India and in Budapest Hungary. The role will require global collaboration on initiatives while working closely with the risk managers technology service providers and key stakeholders.

Job Description
As a key member of the Visualization and Reporting Solutions team you will be responsible for collaborating with NFR Testing stakeholders to analyze ideate design develop and maintain interactive and insightful reports metrics and insights to support business decision-making.

Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering reporting and dashboard solutions to stakeholders within Legal and Compliance Divisions (LCD) Enterprise Non-Financial Risk (NFR) department. The candidate should have a strong technology-based skillset and business acumen with a focus on finding and creating efficiencies while delivering effective reporting & analytics. This position will require a strong attention to detail ability to multitask and good understanding of Data Structures. The Candidate is expected to provide deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. The candidate will also be responsible for support and maintenance of dashboards and play a key role in departments process automation initiatives.


Responsibilities:

>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and assist in translating them into effective reporting data products including visualizations.
>Work with key stakeholders to understand changes to NFR (GFC ORD Compliance and other business units) and other metrics measures reporting templates and their impact to existing requirements and reporting products.
>Use visualization tools (Tableau Power BI etc.) to design help develop and implement visually appealing and elegant interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights.
>Work across Data and Analytics including Data Governance to ensure reporting adheres to data privacy and data governance controls and assist in data improvement.
>Assist in managing strategic projects including the Ability to:

>Take initiative analyze summarize and communicate effectively.
>Multitask effectively and appropriately prioritize assignments.
>Work both independently and in a team environment.
>Distill complex ideas and concepts into actionable items.
>Work in a matrixed organization leveraging resources across the organization to complete deliverables.
>Investigate identify issues impacts and trends to propose comprehensive solutions.
>Conduct meaningful root cause and trend analysis.
>Handle highly confidential information professionally and with appropriate discretion.
>Work under the pressure of deadlines.
>Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.
>Handle and resolve recurring challenges and problems.

Basic Qualifications:
>2 years of experience in data data management reporting business intelligence product development
>2 years experience on Data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI)
>Minimum 2 years experience on Data modeling (SQL Excel)

>Excellent Communication / Reporting (able to present the insight and meaning)
>Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
>Strong time management and planning skills.
>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
>Excellent analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills.
>Knowledge of Regulatory landscape - Operational Risk Compliance Financial Crimes or other areas of financial regulatory requirements and expectations (domestic and international).
>Minimum 2 years experience on Programming Languages (R / Python) (Optional/good to have)

Degree:
>Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience
