Hourly Range: The hourly rate for this role is $18.92- $ 23.65
Schedule: Candidates must have open availability including days evenings weekends and holidays. As this is a union role no scheduling restrictions can be accommodated.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role as a bus person
Full-service restaurant experience
Open availability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
Hotel experience is a plus!
What will I be doing
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
- Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas clearing trash as needed.
- Filing beverages at tables as needed
