Job Duties:

College of Dentistry Dental Administration
Salary: $59921 to commensurate (Pay Grade: 4A)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Will require some work outside of designated business hours
REQUIRES:
Bachelors degree in communications journalism marketing education or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
1-year relevant professional experience coordinating events or educational programs.
Demonstrated experience with project coordination/logistics managing deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and effectively engage with stakeholders.
Experience drafting editing and distributing professional communications.
Proficiency using productivity content management and communication tools.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
Desirable:
Experience working in higher education continuing education healthcare or nonprofit environments.
Familiarity with budget tracking and financial documentation.
Knowledge of accreditation/compliance processes for CE programming (e.g. ADA CERP state licensing boards).
Familiarity with Dispatch and SiteNowV3.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Willingness to explore and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence) to improve workflow and communications.
