We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define product vision and ensure that the platform meets the needs of the organization.

Your Impact:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the platforms value.
Responsibilities:
Perform BA functions such as conduct business needs identification business analysis planning stakeholder analysis and change activities and requirements analysis and design definition.
Lead business process definition reengineering improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
Maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements use cases process flows and reporting requirements are up to date.
Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning providing a controlled joined-up overall view of the business and functional requirements at a detailed level.
Serve as a liaison between business owners end users and IT partners ensuring cohesive approach comprehensive solutions and excellence in delivery.
Work with stakeholders focus groups and end users to analyze evaluate and develop business use cases and business process models to aid translation of business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
Create wireframes/mockups for the user stories develop and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow and communicate requirements so that development teams can work effectively.
Ensure areas of complexity are understood and investigated appropriately to review opportunities blockers problems and issues that arise.
Analyze and verify requirements against existing and planned product capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field from an accredited college/university.
A minimum of 5 years of experience using ServiceNow to develop client or business requirements to meet the customers functional needs.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst preferably with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity in ServiceNow development and administration.
Familiarity with JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies including the ability to properly write user stories and break down large user stories into component parts.
Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change.
Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $107000 - $161000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
