Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials verify against purchase orders and enter in ERP system.
- Package label and ship scheduled items following company procedures.
- Prepare and process shipping documents including customs/performa invoices.
- Coordinate with carriers (FedEx UPS and others) to arrange shipments and resolve service issues.
- Allocate finished goods to stock bins or customer orders and update records.
- Conduct weekly reviews of incomplete transactions and purge expired finished goods.
- Perform random inventory checks for stock and consignee items.
- Maintain accurate records by scanning and filing shipping/receiving documents.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to support efficient operations.
- Keep work area organized safe and compliant with company standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Windows OS MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping methods.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
