Devsinc is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Associate Growth Executive. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to jumpstart their careers in sales and business development within the tech industry. As an Associate Growth Executive you will be pivotal in fostering new client relationships identifying market opportunities and contributing to our sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new sales leads through various platforms including LinkedIn and industry events.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and how they can benefit clients.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Generate reports on sales activity and market feedback to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 Months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
