Whats the role
This role supports the delivery of Westpac Foundation & Westpac Scholars Trusts grants and scholarships with a strong focus on digital platforms and AI tools. Youll coordinate funding rounds end-to-end manage systems like SmartyGrants and ensure everything runs smoothly accurately and on time. The role also involves stakeholder engagement impact reporting and using data to improve outcomes for communities and scholars. This full-time role is based in Sydney with a strong focus on digital tools and collaboration.
What do I need
  • Experience in grants scholarships or program administration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using digital platforms (SmartyGrants experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with data reporting tools and AI-enabled systems
