We are seeking a talented Production Support to join our dynamic team in the support area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with Java and SQL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support.
- Receive tickets from customer requests review them and route them to the appropriate department.
- Participate in code reviews.
- You will have a 2-month training period to understand the products and the business.
Requirements:
- Advanced student or graduate of Systems Engineering Computer Engineering among others.
- Desirable 1 year of experience working with Java and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- English Advance Level (Desirable).
