Zakres obowizkw:

• tworzenie treci social media wspierajcych sprzeda (zdjcia grafiki infografiki shortsy transmisje live)

• wsppraca z zespoem sprzedaowym przy planowaniu dziaa contentowych

• rozwijanie komunikacji w kanaach social media (Facebook Instagram TikTok i inne w zalenoci od grupy docelowej)

• ledzenie trendw i reagowanie na biece potrzeby rynkowe oraz feedback od dziau handlowego

• dbanie o spjno jzyka i komunikacji marki w kontekcie sprzedaowym

• monitorowanie skutecznoci publikowanych treci i ich optymalizacja pod ktem celw biznesowych

Nasze oczekiwania:

• minimum 3 lata dowiadczenia w tworzeniu treci marketingowo-sprzedaowych

• bardzo dobra znajomo zasad komunikacji w social mediach (Facebook Instagram TikTok)

• umiejtno pisania jzykiem korzyci i dostosowywania przekazu do rnych grup odbiorcw

• wysoki poziom samodzielnoci i inicjatywy szukamy osoby ktra czuje sprzeda

• kreatywno otwarto i nastawienie na realizacj celw

• umiejtno pracy z zespoem sprzedaowym redakcj i dziaem marketingu

• mile widziane dowiadczenie w narzdziach typu Canva Figma podstawy analityki (np. Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Analytics)

ENG:

Scope of Responsibilities:

• creating social media content that supports sales (photos graphics infographics shorts live streams)

• collaborating with the sales team to plan content activities

• developing communication across social media channels (Facebook Instagram TikTok and others depending on the target audience)

• tracking trends and responding to current market needs and feedback from the sales department

• ensuring consistency in brand language and communication in the sales context

• monitoring the effectiveness of published content and optimizing it to meet business goals

Our Expectations:

• minimum 3 years of experience in creating marketing and sales-oriented content

• strong knowledge of social media communication principles (Facebook Instagram TikTok)

• ability to write benefit-driven messages and tailor communication to different audience groups

• high level of independence and initiative were looking for someone who truly gets sales

• creativity openness and goal-oriented mindset

• ability to work with the sales team editorial staff and marketing department

• experience with tools like Canva Figma and basic analytics (e.g. Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Analytics) is a plus
