As a Paid Media Executive at CMC Markets you will be responsible for driving the performance and efficiency of our global display and programmatic media campaigns. Based in Warsaw you will manage end-to-end campaign operations across programmatic display and some video channels ensuring our media investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with global marketing analytics and creative teams to shape our digital acquisition strategy optimise campaign delivery and enhance media effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead programmatic and display campaigns across DSPs ad networks and direct publisher partnerships to drive acquisition and engagement goals.
Oversee campaign setup targeting bidding and pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficient budget delivery.
Collaborate with analytics teams to implement robust tracking tagging and attribution frameworks for accurate performance measurement.
Continuously optimise campaigns through data insights audience segmentation creative testing and bid strategy refinement.
Develop display media strategies aligned with business objectives leveraging first-party data lookalike audiences and contextual targeting.
Manage relationships with technology partners and platforms including DSPs DMPs ad servers and verification vendors.
Monitor and report on performance providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards brand safety and data privacy regulations across all campaign activity.
Stay current with evolving programmatic technologies market trends and best practices to continuously advance campaign capabilities.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic and display campaigns ideally within a digital marketing or media agency environment.
Deep understanding of programmatic media buying audience targeting real-time bidding (RTB) and data-driven optimisation.
Proficiency in major DSPs such as The Trade Desk or similar DPs
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics Campaign Manager 360 or equivalent reporting platforms.
Solid grasp of media metrics (CPM CTR CPA ROAS) and performance measurement frameworks.
Experience managing display and video campaigns across Google Ads YouTube and social platforms.
Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing creative and data teams.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services fintech or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of CRM data integration and dynamic creative optimisation (DCO).
Familiarity with tag management systems and basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
Exposure to privacy-first advertising solutions and cookieless targeting strategies.
