Polish-Speaking Content Reviewer On-Site in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Polish-Speaking Content Moderator to join our international team on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. In this essential role you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant online environment for our Polish-speaking user community.

The Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator your primary duty is to review analyze and moderate user-generated content (including text images and videos) in Polish. You will enforce complex platform guidelines and policies by identifying and taking appropriate action against content that violates our standards (e.g. hate speech graphic violence spam or other inappropriate material).

This position requires you to apply excellent judgment and decision-making skills to maintain high-quality and consistent moderation. You will also be responsible for promptly escalating sensitive or high-risk issues to specialized internal teams and engaging in continuous training to stay current with evolving content policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Mandatory Language Skills:
  • Fluent written and spoken Polish is a must.
  • B2 level English proficiency is required for training policy comprehension and internal communication.
• Prior Experience: While previous experience in content moderation community management or a BPO environment is a plus it is not mandatory. We provide full comprehensive training to all new hires.
• Core Skills: You must possess strong attention to detail excellent analytical abilities and the emotional resilience necessary to handle sensitive content objectively.

Work Schedule and Logistics

• Work Location: This is an on-site position in our Sofia office.
• Shifts: You will work rotative 8-hour shifts that cover our 24/7 operations (00:00 - 00:00 Monday through Sunday).
• Days Off: You will have two rotative days off each week.
• Equipment: All necessary work equipment and tools will be provided by the company.
