We are hiring for our client a leading fit-out specialist who is seeking a Site Manager / Foreman (Fit-Out) to oversee high-quality interior projects across Northern Ireland the UK and ROI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team delivering outstanding fit-out and refurbishment projects within retail hospitality and workspace sectors.

The Role:
- Manage daily site operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and tradespeople
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards including inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitor timelines proactively addressing issues or delays
- Liaise with project managers designers architects and clients
- Maintain site documentation including progress reports and safety records
- Oversee quality control to ensure high standards are achieved
- Order and manage materials efficiently
- Provide updates at site meetings and ensure tidy secure work sites
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman (Fit-Out)
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Health & Safety focused with IT literacy
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly across NI UK and ROI
