TITLE:Program Quality Engineer with ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship is REQUIRED)
RATE RANGE: $65/hr - $75/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)
LOCATION: Goleta CA 93117 (no relocation package)
CLEARANCE: Active Secret Security clearance issued by the department of defense
DURATION: 12 month contract or contract to hire

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Create quality planning to administer customer and internal quality requirements to program teams and supply base including First Article Inspection (FAI) planning.
Ensure Quality Engineering engagement in program development design test requirements and verification.
Onsite support for hardware review and non-conforming material disposition supporting classified programs (requires Secret clearance).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Quality Engineering or Operations experience with working knowledge of engineering development material acquisition production test & product acceptance.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
First Article Inspection (FAI) planning
DESIRED SKILLS:
Infrared industry semiconductor processing or DoD industry experience preferably working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Bachelor Degree Required Yes
BS STEM degree
