Responsibilities: Oversee and manage ServiceNow administration tasks. Develop and maintain scripts for automation and process improvement within ServiceNow. Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow. Implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using ServiceNow. Develop and support Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions within ServiceNow. Required Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow administration. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript Glide). Expertise in CMDB management within ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks and practices. Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
