Your Responsibilities
- Creating first patterns for our products (bottoms bras period underwear and swimwear) based on designers sketches and tech packs
- Using Lectra (Modaris or similar) for construction lines seam allowances and annotations
- Creating grading rules across sizes considering body measurements fabric stretch and garment consistency
- Conducting fit sessions on mannequins and making adjustments for style fabric and production methods
- Supporting sampling and production by reviewing prototypes providing technical feedback and ensuring patterns are production-ready
- Maintaining organized pattern libraries and digital archives for all products
- Collaborating with design product development and suppliers
Your Profile
- 3 years of experience in pattern making for underwear bras swimwear or period products
- Proficiency in Lectra Modaris or equivalent
- Very good understanding of grading rules across sizes taking into account body measurements fabric stretch and garment consistency
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset working closely with design product development and suppliers to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards
- Fluency in English (German or Czech would be a plus)
