Were looking for a Part Time Logistics Assistant to join our Central Production Unit team in Bermondsey London SE16.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on clear communication coordination and problem-solving. Youll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our freshly prepared food to clients across the UK liaising with drivers managing dispatch queries and ensuring our logistics run like clockwork.
We Offer:
Rate: 20000 per annum (pro rata)
Shifts: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days/week) approx. 7am 4pm
Contract: Part Time / Permanent
About the role:
- Act as the key point of contact between our drivers internal teams and external clients regarding deliveries and dispatch updates
- Monitor van maintenance schedules temperature records and general upkeep of delivery vehicles
- Ensure accurate communication and respond promptly to client queries with professionalism and clarity
- Support the account manager with logistics coordination and delivery planning
- Assist with general administrative tasks including quotes orders invoices and menu updates
- Help identify and implement improvements to logistics processes and customer service
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment within the Central Production Unit
What were looking for:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- A flexible team player willing to support other areas of the business when needed
- Familiarity with London geography is a plus but not essential
- Reliable efficient and proactive in day-to-day tasks
