The Inventory Analyst will manage receiving of goods from internal and/or external customers/suppliers process then issue to internal and/ or external customers.
As an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Receiving Inventory Shipments Verify for accuracy entering into Oracle and placing in correct location resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining Spares and Consumables Kits Build kits prepare for mobilizations inventory and restock upon return create PSRs as needed.
- Issuing and Returning Parts Process PSRs create Oracle transactions request transfers and order parts to cover shortages.
- Handling NCRs Investigate incorrect parts submit NCR workflows.
- Managing VMI items Interface with vendors coordinate and confirm orders and stock levels ensure adequate supply of needed items.
- Preparing shipments Pull requested items issue in Oracle pack prepare paperwork build box contents on Maximo coordinate with Logistics create eF128s as needed.
- Housekeeping Maintain inventory and VMI areas to be organized and free from hazards.
- Counting Perform cycle counts and annual stock take.
- Support Operational Needs Advise on correct parts availability and usage develop positive working relationships with other functional areas; promote customer satisfaction.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of relevant Inventory Materials Operations and/or Data Entry experience.
- Possess strong experience with Oracle SAP or similar systems.
- Have skilled background in Microsoft Office products and computer skills
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to train on forklift pallet jack etc.
