Conduct data management and analysis with multiple data sources to test and draw insights pertaining to Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) metrics in processes and programs at Apple. Research design and develop scalable procedures to provide analytical insights on an ongoing basis that influence Apples I&D strategy and initiatives. Perform statistical tests and predictive analysis to bring a forward-looking view in I&D metrics measurement. Create dashboards to communicate advanced analytical findings to a broad technical and non-technical audience. Collaborate with other teams to create insights and recommendations that will be consumed by the Board of Directors Executive and Senior leaders on best practices for I&D programs at Apple. 40 hours/week. At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175300- $263100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location. Masters degree in Data Science Analytics Human Resources Industrial Relations or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Predictive analytics
Data Visualization using Tableau
Deep knowledge of HR Procedures (I&D health metrics)
Statistical significance testing
Technical presentations of advanced models and statistical tests to non-technical audience
Statistical analysis using SQL R Python or SAS
Validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
Consulting stakeholders in possible remediations in I&D processes and best practices
