What Youll Be Doing
The Customer Support Specialist supports StartCHURCH clients by ensuring a smooth and professional journey through Phase I Phase II and Auxiliary services from onboarding to completion. This role involves guiding clients through document preparation and compliance filings resolving issues and fostering long-term client relationships. The specialist balances administrative tasks with consultative customer interactions ensuring compliance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
