Job Description
Customer Support Specialist (Spanish-speaking) On-site in Porto
Live in Porto and want to strengthen your Spanish while building your career in tech This role is for you.
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Start date: Immediate
Support channels: Email & Chat only no phone calls
Languages: Spanish (B2 C1) English (B2)
Contract: Full-time rotating shifts (with potential night shifts)

What Youll Do

What You Bring

Intermediate Spanish (B2 C1) written skills will be used every day

Intermediate English (B2) used for tools training and team communication

Customer service experience (in any field)

Based in or near Porto this role is on-site only

Willing to work in shifts including the possibility of night shifts

Detail-oriented responsible and eager to grow
