Events Executive
Integrated Facilities Management
What this job involves:
- Facilitate Client Visits Off site/External Events
- Audio Visual Requirements Off site. and Off site function and meal arrangements
- Overall management of all External Events for the client
- Responsible for Event related Escalation
- Vendor Management
- Training
- Customer Feedback reporting and Management.
- Development of new vendor to ensure high service levels at optimum cost.
- To negotiate with Hotels for better competitive rates.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- External client satisfaction
- Escalations
- Managing difficult Customers
- Process improvements.
