As Senior Director APAC GTM Operations you will turn data into decisions and processes into growthhelping our region hit the numbers and deliver legendary customer experiences.
How youll make an impact
Champion business transparency. Drive a weekly operating cadence that gives Sales Customer Success and Finance leaders realtime visibility into pipeline forecast accuracy and renewal health.
Run worldclass planning. Own annual and quarterly GTM planningcapacity models segmentation quotas and compensation designaligned with Zendesks global frameworks.
Unlock insights with AI & BI. Partner with RevOps and Data teams to embed AIpowered forecasting Clari/SFDC dashboards and selfservice analytics that surface risks and opportunities early.
Elevate tooling & process. Translate APAC business requirements into scalable enhancements for Salesforce Anaplan CPQ and our AI-assisted GTM stack.
Act as a trusted proxy for the Regional Sales Leader. Represent APAC GTM priorities in executive reviews steering committees and daytoday decisionmaking when the leader is unavailable.
Lead & grow the team. Inspire a distributed group of salesops professionals across Australia Japan India and Singaporemodeling our values to lead with exceptional customer service deliver the simplest solution show pride in our work and care for each other.
What youll bring
10 years in GTM/Sales Operations within highgrowth SaaS including 5 years managing multicountry teams.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and large language models (LLMs) in business processes to drive scale and efficiency.
Demonstrated success owning endtoend territory & quota design sales compensation and forecast governance for >$300M ARR business.
Expertise with Salesforce Clari (or equivalent) Tableau/Looker and advanced Excel/SQL; Anaplan a plus.
Strategic mindset balanced with a bias for actionyou synthesize complex data into clear choices then drive execution.
Executivelevel communication skills and a knack for influencing crossfunctional partners.
Passion for coaching diverse talent and fostering an inclusive psychologically safe culture.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
