Job Summary
We are looking for aSousChef to join our busy Phorestaurant in Bristol
Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs whowork very hard and are great at what they do so its important we find theright Second Chef who is going to be supportive friendly and hands-on always readyto help in the different sections of the kitchen.
Salary offer of up to16.9 per houris made up of an hourly base of 14 plus earnings received through tronc.

We are named after Vietnams famous noodlesoup- PH. A rich bowl of broth rice noodle and plenty of meat (orveggies)! But we also have more amazing things to offer in our menu

What Pho is looking for:
- Hands on chefs who arepassionate about cooking fresh vibrant and flavoursome food.
- Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimumx1 years in role.
- Experience being second incommand in a kitchen. Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and beinga mentor to our wok chefs lines chefs and salad chefs.
- Strong knowledge in food safetyand managing compliance within health and safety regulations
