Atinne we have seen firsthand how womens need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved. So we made it our obsession touse the best of science tech and design to bring actionable scientific insights into female health.
We are an interdisciplinary team and have developed our first innovative biotech product which enables women toanalyse fertility hormones in their saliva.
With this insight we want to follow our mission tohelp women tune into their bodies and make informed decisions about their fertility sexuality and overall female health!
We are pushing the boundaries of science technology and design and are guided by our 2025 our inne Minilab has been officially certified as a contraceptive method under IVDR - the worlds first at-home and saliva-based method for natural and hormone-free contraception!

YOUR MISSION
As a Customer Success Agent at inne your mission will be to:
- Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests
- Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls emails live chats and text messages
- Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customers needs
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company
ABOUT YOU
You definitely have/are:
- At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer support sales etc.)
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Friendliness warm empathy and professionalism
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mentality
- Very structured detail-oriented and self-organised
- Interested in understanding new technologies in-depth and can take complex subjects and make them easy to understand for a regular audience
- Eager to collaborate in a cross-functional fast-paced and international team
- A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while learning
- Native German-speaking skills
- Fluent English-speaking skills
- Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
- Passion for female and menstrual health subjects
