Role Summary
As an Intermediate IT Business Analyst youll play a key role in driving technology solutions that enhance business performance. Youll work independently on moderately complex projects translating business needs into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This opportunity allows you to deepen your expertise and influence outcomes that align with our strategic goals.
Position Responsibilities
Independently interpret and document business and functional requirements
Analyze workflow procedures and recommend improvements
Develop creative solutions based on data and stakeholder input
Coordinate process changes and product implementations
Collaborate with Technical teams to map system flows
Translate business needs into User Stories / Technical requirements
Facilitate design sessions and review meetings
Define and apply acceptance testing frameworks
Manage communication between business and technical teams
Required Qualifications
25 years of experience in business analysis or related field
Proficiency in Agile methodology and business analysis tools
Bachelors degree in IT Business or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced understanding of enterprise-level systems and applications
Experience in system design analysis and/or user testing
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to lead discussions on less complex issues
Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
