Job Summary

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support for Precast shapes Shotcretes etc.
  • Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives
  • Participate in customer trials inspections audits and post-mortem analysis of linings.
  • Liaise with plant technical teams to resolve application issues and recommend performance improvements.
  • Monitor product performance KPIs (lining life wear rate failure mode) and build technical dossiers.
  • Support sales and business development by conducting techno-commercial discussions product presentations and site visits.
  • Identify customer needs and gaps; propose tailored solutions or product customization.
  • Assist in new product introductions trials and performance validation in close coordination with R&D/QC and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support tenders proposals and cost-performance evaluations.
  • Provide internal and customer training sessions on product applications and best practices.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • - Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgy/ Ceramic
  • Experience in refractory application engineering preferably in the steel industry
  • Hands-on experience in BD activities in above referred application areas in Steel plant
  • Strong field exposure and understanding of steel plant operations and constraints
