Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Client Services Manager to join a reknowned digital agency specialized in creative solutions bringing deep experience in managing complex publicity and communications campaigns.

You will act as the key point of contact for clients ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from concept to delivery. With your sharp organizational skills and strategic mindset you ll lead projects across departments ensuring alignment between creative strategy production and client teams.

Among your activities

  • Lead and manage integrated publicity and communications campaigns (content driven formats)

  • Serve as the primary client liaison building strong relationships understanding client goals and translating them into effective creative briefs and project plans

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative strategy production media) and external partners (directors producers vendors) to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget

  • Oversee the planning and execution of shoots productions and campaign rollouts ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support in proposal development and strategic planning

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions maintaining a calm confident presence even under pressure

  • Present work lead meetings and represent the agency in a professional and compelling manner


Your Profile :

  • 5 years of experience in a client services project management or account role within a publicity communications or creative agency

  • Strong project management skills able to manage multiple timelines priorities and stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

  • Full professional English proficiency (mandatory); other languages are a plus

  • A collaborative mindset attention to detail and a passion for impactful storytelling

  • Experience working with corporate clients especially on reputation branding or executive visibility campaigns
