PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)Drive the team to delivery medical equipment finance business. A team of 3-4 members will be allocated in different locations to drive the business through themDriving sales of Medical Equipment Finance business in the region allocatedConnecting with sales team of manufacturer and building relationship with them to source medical equipment finance business through themConnecting with dealer and distributors and building relationship with them to source medical equipment finance business through themConnect with regional DSA and source medical equipment finance business through themSales sales salesTravel to different locations for driving business 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)Challenge is to keep on driving sales of medical equipment loan on daily basis5. DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)Provide regional support to team for deal closure and interact with credit team for cases underwriting resolution6. INTERACTIONS(Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job)Internal ClientsRoles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day workCredit team for getting the cases underwritten by themRisk team for any program deviationsOperations team for disbursing the cases through branchesInternal sales team at different locationsExternal Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day workSales team of manufacturerDealer or distributor of medical equipment businessDSA 7.
