Hierarchically manages the Quality Assurance Team including development / training plans leaves and absences performance reviews and objectives code of conducts travelling policies are respected within the Quality Assurance team
Sets Quality standards for the Organization looks at ways to reduce non conforming products and increase efficiency
Consolidate and report the organization management system performance to Committee Executive (ie COMEX) propose organizations yearly Quality Objectives
Assess customer requirements and share information with relevant functions
Promote recording of quality events their analysis and distribute statistical information to the organization
Verify the quality assurance processes by conducting regular evaluations and makes suggestions for changes and/or improvements
Supervise the organization execution and follow-up of internal Quality Audits
Organize coordinate and participate in all quality external audit of E&C China
Validate the Suppliers Qualification and performance evaluation process
Is member of Steering Committee of Integrated Capitalization with Air Liquide China
Support HSES department for critical events analysis as Root Cause Analysis zone specialist
Proven experience as Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Strong aptitude for analysis and understanding of statistics
High attention to details and a results driven approach

ISO 9001 training (Mandatory)
Carefulness and responsibility on works strong liability and sense of confidentiality good professional spirit;
English fluent
Solid office software / IT skills
