Job Summary
Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Support
- Extract and initiate daily invoices through internal systems (iVerify).
- Handle all vendor creation and onboarding requests with accuracy and speed.
- Manage cash advance requests and ensure proper documentation and followup.
- Perform monthly reconciliations with key suppliers (e.g. Mansour Zenith travel agencies).
- Maintain a consistent archiving process for contracts and invoices to ensure easy access and audit readiness.
General Ledger (GL) & Finance Projects
- Support the preparation and review of the Balance Sheet (BS) and related GL entries.
- Concur Implementation supporting the rollout of automated expense management.
- Commitment System Implementation improving budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Contract Management Solution helping digitize and streamline financial compliance and control.
Qualifications :
- Graduates who have completed their bachelors degree by July 2025 with 03 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus.
- Passionate about Red Bull & the brand.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
