Lead Generation Specialist

We have an immediate need for a Lead Generation Specialist to research and generate sales leads with US-based companies. This role involves researching potential client accounts identifying key contacts and managing inbound inquiries. This individual will support our sales and marketing teams in building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and will support our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by providing daily lead lists and ensuring they have the information they need to contact potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through market research of US-based startups or growing boutique retailers

  • Research and create a daily list of 30 target companies that meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Find and document two key contacts for each company who fit our decision-maker and influencer roles.

  • Monitor and respond to leads coming from our website social media and other sources.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales leads and/or customer accounts

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Characteristics:

  • Must have at least a year of leads generation experience in the BPO industry

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence

  • Experience with customer service or sales lead generation

  • Outgoing and positive demeanor

  • Self-starter able to work independently and seek out information when needed

  • Able to connect with clients customers and fellow employees through our provided communication platforms which include phones email

  • Must be able to commit to your work schedule be punctual and accountable for your actions

  • Remain engaged and responsive to all internal communications. Nobody likes to be ghosted.

  • Keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet

  • Encouraged to express your opinion within the context of professionalism

  • Work with humility -- be open to coaching and continuous improvement

Availability:

  • Full Time - 40 hrs/week

  • Monday-Friday - business hours (US)

  • Applicants must have strong internet connection to support systems
