Job Description
Niam is currently seeking high performing individuals who are passionate about our industry and want to gain insight into Niams work. Our full-time graduate program starts in August 2026 and runs for approximately 40 weeks. During this period you will be given the opportunity to work within our three business areas Real Estate Infrastructure and Credit.
At Niam you will be a natural team member from day one. You will work closely with both junior and senior team members in a high pace professional investment and business development environment. Your tasks will vary and contribute directly to our business.
Your profile
- You are ideally studying MSc programme in finance economics accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management with strong academic records graduating in 2026.
- You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills attention to detail and the ability to handle complex problem solving with a creative mindset
- You are a driven team player with ability to work independently in a proactive manner
- You have good knowledge of PowerPoint Word and Excel as well as excellent written and spoken skills in English
