Paid media is one of our biggest growth drivers and were looking for a Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative direction behind our campaigns.
If youre equal parts storyteller and data-driven strategist this role is for you.
Lead the creative vision for paid media campaigns across Meta TikTok YouTube and new platforms.
Produce scroll-stopping creative briefs that define hooks emotional triggers and testable concepts.
Collaborate with our creative and media buying teams to deliver ad content at scale.
Build and manage iterative creative testing frameworks (A/B multivariate) analysing performance to refine and improve CTR ROAS CPA.
Stay ahead of platform updates cultural trends and creative best practices.
Present insights and creative performance reports to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand values and drives measurable results.
3 years in creative strategy for paid media within e-commerce/DTC.
Hands-on experience across Meta TikTok and other paid media channels.
A strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns (beauty cosmetics or wellness a plus).
Ability to translate data into creative direction and creative vision into measurable impact.
Skilled at briefing testing and optimising creative at scale.
Strong communication organisation and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
Bonus: Experience with YouTube Snap Google Ads or DV360.
